This honey is small batch, from hives located near a national park in the outskirts of the western suburbs of Melbourne.
The colour is medium amber and the flavour buttery with some floral notes. Surrounding flora include river red gum and fruit trees.
This honey would be delicious drizzled over some fresh fruit and ricotta, in a glaze for sticky ribs or on freshly made crumpets or pancakes. Yum!
