Refund policy
We hope you are satisfied with your Bee Body products as we take great care to produce them to the highest standard and do our best to ensure they arrive to you safely and in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will happily replace it for you. Just contact our support team at hello@beebody.com.au and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
We encourage you to read the product description and ingredients list before purchasing, as we are unable to replace or refund an item that has been opened.
In the interest of minimal packaging, our products do not have a seal on the lid, meaning that once they are in your hands, we see them as being opened and used by you.
So, unfortunately, if you don't like the flavour or have a change of mind of the type of product you want, we are unable to exchange the product due to hygiene reasons.
That being said, we take pride in the quality and standard of our products and we do not like a dissatisfied customer. We want to create a happy experience for you.
So if you are having an issue that requires some rectification, our lines of communication are always open, so contact us and we will work to find a resolution for you.

We endeavour to provide full disclosure of each item, including a comprehensive ingredients list, photographs and product description, so please thoroughly read this to ensure the product is safe for you to use.
